Choo Choooo!!!!!

We took Cade to the model train show today. He had an awesome time. We figured it would be a fifty fifty shot whether he was scared or loooooooved it. One table had Thomas, he kept circling to catch up with him. One gentleman had his train in an aquarium type case. The train traveled the track, disappeared into the tunnel and came back the other side. The man let Cade come to the other side of the tunnel to watch the train through the lit inside of the mountain. We left after about an hour and Cade whined/cried for the next forty minutes for us to take him to, "choo choo, please, why? choo choo." It was cute, but kind of sad. I only took a few photos, but when I went to crop and edit, there were more than I thought. So I put them together. He was so cute watching them all...

Yay Thanksgiving!!!!

What a wonderful day!! I love Thanksgiving. It's my favorite. Don't get me wrong I love Christmas & Easter, but there's just something about seeing everyone. Now I'm sure Aunt Mary and family all stress over food, but in the end I think it's more than worth it. Seeing almost the entire family in an almost carefree environment is wonderful. The outside world stops for me. Worried about real life and grown up responsibilities? Not on Thanksgiving!
I even left the room for a moment to pretend I didn't have kids...
Fully trusting that I had 37 other people to protect them.

Two Smiling Faces

Not much gets done around here besides laughing. Sometimes I'm surprised the laundry and dishes ever get done. These guys are so funny. We laugh. A lot. I've been procrastinating posting these photos from Monday. No reason. Well internet issues, but those should mostly be resolved for a while.
I can't be positive but we were either watching the new Pooh movie or Cars 2- Either way here is some awesomeness:

Nathaniel is getting so big so fast. I'm so sad. He's drooling and drooling and drooling. Those teeth are coming, but they aren't in any hurry. Both the boys have been a tad snotty lately, but we'll just chalk that up to being kids. It sure hasn't slowed them down in any way.
Nathaniel is now six months old. He rolls, he reaches, he inspects, he cries for Mommy. He likes to just take everything in and then let loose. His eyes scan the room, maybe looking for an audience, maybe checking for scary things, who knows. Its fun to watch him. Cade knows no stranger. He talks to everyone. He blew kisses to the lady at the register at JCPenney today. Cade LOVES people. Nathaniel loves people too, in his own way and in his own time (after inspection).

Cade's "new" toy are his blocks.
(New as in we rotate toys, the just got pulled back out,
while others found their way somewhere else, waiting their turn again.)

One last photo from Monday. I just loooooooooooove it!!!!!!

Trick or Treat

Happy Halloween...
or should I say Happy All Saint's Day
I should have posted these last night, but it was late and blah blah excuse excuse.
Cade spent the day at Nanny's and somehow manage to skip out of a nap. He was CRANKY!!! So we didn't manage to make it far. The second house we went to he sort of got the hang of it. But he just wanted to chit chat the whole time- forget the candy.
Check out my cowboy and puppy....
